You can verify your ID at any time via "My Account". You will see there an "Actions Needed" section. There are two options:

For automated, instant verification, please select the "Verify ID" button. This will send an SMS to your verified mobile number to complete the secure online verification process. Open the link on your phone and complete the easy-to-follow steps until you reach the screen with the green tick, which confirms the verification was a success.

- There is an alternative option where one of our team members can perform the verification manually. Please note that this may delay your order by one business day. To proceed with this method, please use the "Upload Now" button on your account to submit a photo of any ID that shows your full name and date of birth.
