You will be prompted to verify your ID on the order confirmation page after checkout. If you prefer to verify your ID later, you can do so anytime through the "My Account" page after logging in.
We use IDKit, a secure and efficient verification method run by Lexis Nexis. You can verify your ID with a range of documents, including an Australian driver's licence, Australian passport, foreign passport, or proof of age card. This process is completed within seconds.
If you do not have any of these documents, you may upload an image of a valid government-issued ID showing your full name and date of birth via the "My Account" page for manual verification by our Patient Care Team. Manual verification may take up to one business day.
When verifying your ID, ensure the photo is clear and close enough for your name and date of birth to be legible.
