To reorder a medication you have had from our service previously, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in and proceed to your account page from the person icon in the top right corner.
2. View your previous orders and use the reorder function to order the same treatment again.
3. Review your assessment responses so the clinical team can ensure there have been no changes to your health or medications since your last order.
4. Complete the order and check out.
Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed by the clinical team as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). If you have existing approval, your order will be processed accordingly. If you require a consultation, our doctor will send you a link via email to book this in.
