To help ensure your request is prioritised and reviewed promptly, please include the following in the subject line of your email: “Attention/Urgent – Address Change”

When submitting your request, please provide the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Current delivery address
- New delivery address
Important Information
Please note that address changes may not be possible if your order has already been sent to the pharmacy for processing. The Patient Care Team will review your request and advise whether the address can be updated.
