1. Select the condition you are looking for: Begin by visiting the website and choosing the category that aligns with your healthcare needs. In accordance with Australian regulations, specific prescription-only medication names are not displayed prior to completing the online assessment.
2. Complete the online assessment: You will be required to complete a brief online questionnaire outlining your medical history, current medications, and relevant health information. This assessment forms the basis of your clinical consultation and must be completed accurately and honestly to ensure safe and appropriate prescribing.
3. Select your preferred treatment and checkout: Following completion of the assessment, you will be presented with treatment options so you can select your treatment preference. After selecting your preferred option, proceed to checkout. Please note that full payment is processed at this stage.
After your order is placed
4. Clinical review and consultation: Once your order has been placed, please ensure that all required tasks within your patient profile have been completed to avoid delays. A qualified Australian-registered doctor will then review your assessment. If the treatment is deemed clinically appropriate, you will receive an email invitation to book a consultation with one of our doctors. If the treatment is deemed not suitable for you, a full refund will be issued, and you will be notified.
5. Dispensing and delivery: Upon approval, your prescription is forwarded to our partner pharmacy in Brisbane for dispensing. Your medication will be dispatched via Express Post in plain, discreet packaging. Delivery timeframes are typically 1–2 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 5 business days for regional locations. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Order status updates and tracking information are also available within your online order history.
