To reorder a medication you have had from our service previously, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in and proceed to your account page from the person icon in the top right corner.
2. View your previous orders and use the reorder function to order the same treatment again.
3. Review your assessment responses so the clinical team can ensure there have been no changes to your health or medications since your last order. Most assessment forms should save your previous answers, but it is important to ensure this information is accurate and up to date before checking out. If the information provided has not been updated this can slow down the processing of your order as the doctor needs to clarify any information.
4. Complete the order and check out. Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed by the clinical team as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). If you have an existing approval for this treatment through our service your order will be processed by our pharmacist and sent out to you. If you have not yet had a real-time consultation with the doctor, or your previous approval has expired, you will be invited to book a short consultation once your order has been processed.
Please note: Updated photos will only be required every 6 months. Please skip this question when you come to it by choosing the 'take photo later' option - our team will be able to process your order, as your recent photos are still valid.
Please disregard any emails you receive reminding you to complete outstanding tasks - we will override the need for photos; however, the reminder emails are automated.
Please note it is important to keep these key points in mind when placing a new order:
- This medication is only dispatched Monday to Wednesday, you may need to place your order earlier than expected to avoid running out of treatment.
- Typically once an order is placed we recommend allowing 24 hours for the doctor to complete the initial review and be invited to book your consultation (if applicable).
- Usually, you will be able to book a consultation within 24 hours once you receive your booking link, however, if you have time constraints that limit your availability you may want to order earlier to accommodate for this.
