The shipping method we use is Australia Post Express Post; this is packaged with an ice pack in an insulated pouch as this allows the product to arrive the fastest and within 2-8 degrees for the duration of almost all deliveries. If a parcel is delayed beyond 48 hours, it will reach unrefrigerated temperatures starting the expiry window for the unrefrigerated medicine to be used.
If the order arrives in this time and you refrigerate immediately, it will follow the extended expiry listed on the treatment. If the parcel reaches room temperature, this will start the unrefrigerated expiry which is printed on your prescription label. Once the ice pack has defrosted, we expect the packaging to keep the temperature stable and avoid spikes above 30 degrees as long as it is not left in direct sunlight.
