When placing an order for a medication for which you have an existing approval, it will typically take around 24 hours for your order to be processed. When reordering your treatment, it will still be subject to clinical review by our pharmacist, so it is important to ensure your information is up to date. If the pharmacist requires any additional information, they will contact you to request this - please keep an eye on your email to ensure all your actions are completed.
