To prevent errors in address entry, we use an address matching service to check that the address you enter is correct. An incorrectly entered address can result in delays and potential additional charges due to redelivery fees.
Option 1 - Use the address finder
Start typing your address into the "Your Address" field, as shown below. As you enter more information, the address finder will narrow down your options.
Once you see your address appear, select it from the list and click on it.
Option 2 - Manually enter your address in full
If you can't find your address using the address finder, you can free-type your address.
Click the link "Add manually"
A new dialogue box will open where you can enter your address, as below:
Click "Save Address" and it will be added to your list.
If you have more than one address saved in your address book, you can choose which you would prefer to be your default address, or select the preferred delivery address for your current order from any of your saved addresses.
