Parcels will only be held by Australia Post for a limited time. Please collect your parcel as soon as possible to avoid it being returned to us, which incurs a redelivery fee of $20. Do not send a parcel directly to a post office without a parcel locker registered in your name, as it will be returned and incur the $20 redelivery fee.
