Yes, due to the contents of the parcels, all orders must be signed for upon delivery.
If you are not in to receive your package, it is automatically sent to your local post office and held for 5 business days. Please note that Australia Post is phasing out its use of attempted delivery cards. You can see the attempted delivery by reviewing your tracking information, using the MyPost app, or through delivery notification emails from Australia Post (please note that you will need an Australia Post account with details matching our Simple account to receive these notifications).
If it is not collected within this time frame, this will be returned, and there are redelivery fees associated with this.
Redelivery will incur a $20 fee due to costs incurred for return and redelivery.
