To process your weight care order, BMI verification photos are required. Our doctors need an accurate and current understanding of your body composition to safely assess your suitability for treatment and progress.
Please upload real-time photos through your account by following these instructions:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the 'My Account' tab in the top right corner and proceed to 'Home'
- Under Actions Needed, you will see a notification titled Real-Time Photo Upload Required along with your order number.
- Select Upload Now to display a QR code. You can scan this with your mobile camera and tap the link that appears.
- Follow the prompts to submit your photos.
Once submitted, the clinical team will review your photos as part of the assessment - typically, you will receive an update within 1 business day of your submission. Please ensure to follow the submission instructions; photos that are unclear, taken while wearing bulky clothing, or missing your face may need to be resubmitted.
