The most common reason for refunds is your order has not been approved by our doctors.
In instances where our doctor feels you should continue to see your own GP for your script, we notify you and issue a full refund. Please ensure you check your email (including junk and spam) for the reason you were refunded.
Most refunds should take 1-5 days to reach your account, however, in some cases it can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you have any concern,s please reach out to our customer service team.
