Unfortunately at this stage Medicare does not offer an item number to cover our type of telehealth - for this reason you cannot access a rebate on your consultation fee. Due to this we offer our consultation at cost-price and only charge this fee when a consultation is required.
Our service is set up to allow the doctor to approve your medication for a clinically appropriate period of time (up to 12 months) during which you can order repeats of your treatment without having to pay for another consultation. You can discuss this in the call with the doctor.
