We have recently updated our website and unfortunately one of the side effects is that you cannot see previous prescriptions from your account page. Rest assured your prescriptions still exist, they are functioning within the system and the doctor can view your full order history.
To place an order with the new site please first log in, and then go to your category (men's health, women's health, weight care, or general) and proceed through the relevant condition page for your treatment. If you have an existing prescription for your treatment this should register on checkout and you wont be charged a consultation fee. Please note that changing your medication (brand or dosage) may require a new consultation.
